"I’m not sure words can really explain how I feel about Michelle and her amazing photography.  When friends of ours showed us their pictures, I immediately told my husband that we have to have Michelle take our photos.  Not just so we have pretty pictures to hang on our wall every year, but to have the pictures actually tell a story!  Now, how many photo stores at the mall can do that? 

The morning of our photo session, Michelle and her husband, Justin arrived at our home and met my children for the first time.  I thought for sure they would both be shy and timid but immediately the kids warmed up to the both of them and from there, I knew it was going to be a great day.

We arrived at our destination for the shoot and the kids ran off to play with all the rocks and throw them in the water.  I was thinking, how are we ever going to get these kids to sit in one spot?  Michelle was so calm and relaxed. She whipped out her camera and started clicking away, instantly.  I didn’t know what to expect. Well, knowing what she did for other families that I have seen on her Blog, I was excited, too.

A few days later Michelle told me to keep an eye on her Blog for a sneak peek.  It was like Christmas when I visited her page and saw her beautiful photography of my family.  I couldn’t wait to see more photos from our session. Session photos arrived, and I am not one to get overly emotional but looking through them, I got teary-eyed.  She captured more than I ever would have expected.  She captured the joy of my children playing, she captured the joy of my husband and I being parents and she captured the love that my husband and I share for one another.
